HYGIENE AND SANITARY INSPECTIONS
 
VPMV carries out inspections of hygiene and sanitary conditions at four different levels:

  1. Inspection of installations and equipment

  2.  
  3. Inspection of food processing methods

  4.  
  5. Progress inspections (meant to register progress in the areas that were initially assessed as insufficient in the first compliance inspection. The timeframe for the periodic evaluations is agreed upon with the client).

  6.  
  7. Audits to suppliers (allows the operator to determine the level hygiene and health of their suppliers of food products)
